Inventory Adjustment is essential for managing any changes to your inventory, whether you’re adding new items, transferring stock between locations, or adjusting quantities to reflect the actual count. Keeping accurate inventory records is vital for maintaining operational efficiency and financial integrity.
Accessing the Inventory Adjustment Page: #
- From the main dashboard, locate the Warehouse Management section on the left sidebar.
- Click on Inventory Adjustment. This will direct you to the Inventory Adjustment List page.
Understanding the Page Layout: #

- Main content area:
- Ref No. search bar: Allows you to quickly search for a specific reference number.
- Warehouse dropdown: Filter adjustments based on specific warehouses.
- Columns:
- REF NO.: Unique identifier for each adjustment.
- DUE DATE: Date when the adjustment was made or is due.
- MEMO: Additional notes or reasons for the adjustment.
- WAREHOUSE NAME: Warehouse where the adjustment took place.
- MULTI ITEMS: Indicates whether multiple items were involved in the adjustment.
- STATUS: Shows if the adjustment is in progress or completed.
- EDIT: Click to edit details of the adjustment.
- Top-right corner:
- Excel icon: Export the list as an Excel file.
- Plus (+) icon: Add a new inventory adjustment.
Using the Page: #

- Searching for an Adjustment:
- Enter the reference number in the Ref No. search bar and press Enter.
- To clear the search, click the ‘X’ or erase the entered number.
- Filtering by Warehouse:
- Click on the Warehouse dropdown.
- Select the desired warehouse from the list.
- Adding a New Adjustment:
- Click on the Plus (+) icon on the top-right corner.
- Fill in the necessary details such as REF NO., DUE DATE, MEMO, etc.
- Click “Save” or “Submit” to add the adjustment.
- You can export the data as PDF and export it into Excel using the PDF and Excel buttons in the right.
- Editing an Adjustment:
- Locate the adjustment you wish to edit.
- Click on the pencil/edit icon in the EDIT column.
- Make the necessary changes and save.
- Exporting the List:
- Click on the Excel icon in the top-right corner.
- Choose the location on your computer where you’d like to save the file and confirm.
