Inventory Report in the Artintech ERP system is essential for monitoring your stock levels, ensuring that you have the right products on hand, and preventing stockouts or overstock situations. Accurate inventory tracking is the backbone of efficient warehouse management, and this tool will help you stay on top of your inventory at all times.
Step 1: Navigation #
From the main dashboard, locate the menu on the left side of the screen.
Click on the “Warehouse Management” option to expand the dropdown.
Select “Inventory Report” from the list.

Step 2: Understanding the Report Structure #
The Inventory Report page is divided into two main sections: Filter and Report Table.
Filter: Located at the top of the page, where you can select ‘Status’, ‘Warehouse’, and other related filters.
Report Table: Shows the inventory details, such as SKU, Item Name/Number, and available quantity.
Step 3. Filtering the Inventory Report #

Use the “Status” dropdown to filter items based on their current status (e.g., in-stock, out-of-stock, etc.).
Use the “Warehouse” dropdown to view inventory from a specific warehouse location.
For a more detailed breakdown, use filters like “QTY On Hand – Product Level”, “QTY on Hand – Location”, and ” QTY on Hand – Batch Breakdown”.
Step 4: Reading the Report Table #
SKU: Stock Keeping Unit, a unique identifier for each product.
Item Name/Number: The name or the number assigned to the product.
Available: Shows the quantity of the item that’s currently in stock.
Step 5: Reviewing Specific Product Details #
Browse the list or use the search bar to find a specific SKU or product name.
Note the available quantity to get an understanding of the current stock level.
Step 6: Exporting the Report #
If you wish to export the inventory report for offline viewing or printing, look for an ‘export’ or ‘download’ icon (typically represented by a floppy disk or arrow pointing downward).
Click the Excel icon to export the report into Excel.
Save the file to your desired location on your computer.
