Adding a New Supplier to Artintech ERP

The Supplier Control Module is a powerful tool provided by Artintech ERP, designed to streamline your supplier management process. This module allows you to manage your supplier assessment criteria and rating, monitor their performances, and keep track of their certificates and licenses. It is a comprehensive solution that can be applied across various industries, including supply chain management, procurement, and technology development. Whether you’re in the manufacturing sector needing to assess the quality of your suppliers, or in the retail industry wanting to keep track of your vendors, this module is designed to cater to your needs. Step-by-Step Instructions

Step 1: Navigate to the Supplier Control Section Start on the dashboard of the Artintech ERP system. From there, navigate to the Supplier Control section.

Step 2: Add a New Supplier Click on the Suppliers List and then select the option to add a new supplier.

Step 3: Fill in Supplier Details Fill in all the necessary details such as address, email, phone number, country, and city.

Step 4: Add Contact People Move on to the Contact People section where you can add any relevant contacts for the company.

Step 5: Add Service Information and Notes Add service information and notes for the supplier.

Step 6: Save the Information Save the information and proceed to add certifications and their expiration dates.

Step 7: Add Certifications Add certifications and their expiration dates. Certificate files can also be added.

Step 8: Add Attributes Move on to adding attributes for the supplier.

Step 9: Set Supplier Assessment Settings Add in days the interval you wish to leave between assessments of this supplier. For example, if you add 90 days, the system will alert you in 90 days to renew the supplier assessment. 

Step 10: Save the Supplier Finally, save the supplier reading and conclude the process.
