Step 1: Accessing the Training Control Module
Start from the dashboard of the Artintech ERP system. From here, scroll down and click on ‘Training Control’.
Step 2: Creating a New Training Program
Once you’re in the Training Control section, click on ‘Training Programs’. From there, go to ‘New’ and click on it.
Step 3: Filling in Program Details
You are now in the ‘Training Details’ section. Here, you will fill in the information for your training program. Start with the ‘Training Name’. This will be the name of your training program.
Step 4: Setting the Duration and Type
After naming your program, set the duration of the program. For instance, if your program will run for 20 weeks, input ’20 weeks’ in the ‘Duration’ field. For the ‘Type’, input the format of the training. In this case, we will use ‘Internal Classroom’.
Step 5: Assigning the Department
Next, assign the department that will be responsible for the training. In this example, we will use ‘Quality’.
Step 6: Adding Attachments
For the syllabus files, you can add them in the ‘Attachment’ box. Click on ‘New’ and add any attachments you have. You can add more than one attachment.
Step 7: Writing a Description
Scroll down to the ‘Description’ section and write a detailed description of your training program.
Step 8: Adding Learning Objectives
Once you’re done with the description, you can now add your learning objectives.
Step 9: Saving the Training Program
After adding your learning objectives, click ‘Save’.
