The delivery module is where all the hard work comes together, ensuring that our products are delivered to our customers accurately and on time. It’s not just about sending out goods; it’s about managing every detail to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
Step-by-Step Tutorial #
First, log into your Artintech ERP system and navigate to the Shipping section on the left-hand menu. From there, click on ‘Delivery’ to access the page where you can manage all your deliveries.
At the top of the page, you’ll see a search bar—this is where you can enter a customer’s name or the delivery vehicle to quickly find specific deliveries. Below that, you can use the date range filters to narrow down deliveries based on when they were scheduled.
The Delivery Table displays all the key details for each delivery, including the customer name, tracking number, vehicle used, and destination. To view more details about a specific delivery, click on the ‘Detail’ icon on the right-hand side of the row. If you need to add a new delivery, simply click the ‘+ New’ button at the top right, fill in the required information, and save it to the system.
You can also export the delivery data as a PDF or Excel file using the buttons on the right-hand side. To sort the deliveries, just click on the column headers—this will help you organize the list by date, customer name, or any other criteria.
- Understanding the Layout:
- Search Bar: Located at the top center, you can search for deliveries using a customer’s name or by the delivery vehicle.
- Date Range: Allows you to filter deliveries based on a specific time range.
- Delivery Table: Displays all the deliveries with details such as customer name, tracking number, vehicle used, destination, notes, and date.
- Exporting the List and Add Packing: Located at the upper right corner. These include ‘X’ button , and ‘New’ button
- Navigating to the Delivery Page:
- From the main dashboard of Artintech ERP, locate the ‘Shipping’ category in the left panel.
- Click on the ‘Delivery’ option to access the Delivery page.
- Searching for a Delivery:
- Use the ‘Customer’ dropdown menu to select a specific customer’s name.
- You can also choose a specific ‘Delivery Vehicle’ from the adjacent dropdown to narrow down the search.
- Click on the ‘Delivery Date From’ and ‘Delivery Date To’ boxes to specify a date range.
- Viewing Delivery Details:
- Browse the delivery table to view all deliveries.
- Each row represents a delivery. The columns provide specifics such as tracking number, vehicle used, delivery date, and more.
- Click on the ‘Detail’ icon in the rightmost column to view the complete details of a particular delivery.

- Adding a New Delivery:
- Click on the ‘+ New’ button located at the top right corner.
- Fill in the required fields such as customer name, Truck Name, and Plate Number.
- Once all details are entered, click on ‘Save’ to add the delivery to the system.
- If you wish to export the data , click on the ‘PDF’ buttons in the right-hand side.
