Step 1: Navigate to the Quote Comparison Page #

Use this feature to streamline procurement by comparing multiple options in one place.
How to do it:
Log into your Artintech ERP system.
From the left sidebar, navigate to the Procurement section.
Click on Quote Comparison to access the page.

Step 2: Select an Item for Comparison #

Use standardized item names to avoid confusion.
Ensure that the item exists in the system before proceeding.
How to do it:
At the top of the Quote Comparison page, locate the Item dropdown.

Next to the Item dropdown, find the Supplier dropdown.
Click it to view a list of all suppliers.
Select a specific supplier if needed, or leave it as select… to view quotes from all suppliers.
