Release period: September 8–30, 2026
This release continues our focus on improving usability, consistency, and day-to-day efficiency across Artintech ERP. The latest updates include improvements to transaction line management, maintenance workflows, audit checklists, calibration management, tables, exports, and the overall user interface.
Improved User Experience Across Artintech ERP #
We have continued rolling out Artintech’s updated user experience across the platform.
Page headers and document detail pages have been standardized to make important information easier to identify at a glance. Information such as document number, status, created by, and date is now presented more consistently across applicable pages.
Several Settings, Detail, Task, and Item pages have also received layout and usability improvements.
Reorder Document Line Items #
Users can now reorder line items within several major ERP transactions.
Line reordering is available for:
- Sales Orders
- Purchase Orders
- Estimates
- Invoices
- Supplier Invoices
- Other supported order transactions
This allows users to organize transaction lines in the sequence that best fits operational requirements or the presentation of documents to customers and suppliers.
Improved Tables, Sorting, and Excel Export #
Several improvements have been made to Artintech tables throughout the system.
Updates include improved table behaviour, fixes to sorting functionality, and improvements to Excel exports.
These changes provide a more consistent experience when reviewing, organizing, and exporting operational data.
Better Support for Long Item Descriptions #
Long item names and descriptions are now displayed more effectively within transaction line tables.
Text wrapping has been improved so users can review detailed product and service descriptions without compromising the readability of the transaction.
Additional styling improvements were also made to Item Detail and Task Detail pages.
Add Equipment Directly from Maintenance Work Orders #
The maintenance workflow has been improved to make it easier to work with equipment that has not yet been registered.
When creating a maintenance or service work order, users can now add new equipment directly from the equipment selection process.
This reduces unnecessary navigation and allows users to continue creating the work order without first leaving the page to register the equipment separately.
Audit Checklist Improvements #
Several improvements have been introduced to the Audit Checklist functionality.
The update includes:
- Improved checklist editing
- Updated controls and page layout
- Improved audit and record numbering labels
- General usability and interface improvements
These changes make it easier to build, maintain, and work with audit checklists within Artintech’s Audit Management functionality.
Calibration Management Improvements #
Gauge Type management has been enhanced within the Calibration Management module.
Users can now more easily view the gauges associated with a particular Gauge Type and add a new gauge directly from the same area.
This provides better visibility between gauge master data and the individual gauges registered in the system.
Task List Redesign #
The Task List page has received a significant user-interface update.
The redesigned page improves readability and brings task management into alignment with Artintech’s updated design standards.
General Fixes and Improvements #
In addition to the features above, this release includes a number of smaller usability improvements and user-interface fixes across Artintech ERP.
These ongoing improvements are part of our commitment to making Artintech easier to use while continuing to expand the platform’s capabilities for manufacturing, quality management, maintenance, inventory, sales, procurement, and other operational processes.
Artintech ERP is continuously evolving based on real operational requirements and feedback from our customers.
