aRTiNtECH’s AI team had a meeting with management on the latest developments of IRep product. The team discussed the new technologies which are being used in developing our Artificial Intelligence system.

The IRep Intelligent Representative is the system we are developing to assist call centers and customer relationship management systems of companies. The system uses Artificial Neural Networks and Machine Learning tools to advance its performance in Natural Language Processing (NLP).

The system can be used as an Intelligent Chat-BOT on client’s website or as an intelligent answering machine with the capability to initiate a conversation and assist the customers over the phone. Currently, the IRep system is aimed to answer basic questions and direct the customers to the right department should they need further assistance. Our goal is to eliminate any unnecessary human interaction and advance the customer assistance in an ongoing basis by utilizing the learning capabilities of our system.
