Sometimes, when you are using a demo version or basic packages, due to network speed limitations or server traffic, you might need to wait around one minute when you are signing in before you see a response from the system. However, this delay should not continue once you log in. If this is not the case please contact us with sufficient details using the ticket system below this page.

We can gladly provide your new staff with training they need. Please just contact your Artintech Account manager to ask for the service. Alternatively you may provide your staff with the e-book provided to you during the installation. The system is easy to learn and your staff should be able to start using the system in 24 hours using this manual.
